I specialize in building healthy relationships and families, innovative health solutions, and the treatment of mental illness. As a professor, author and dynamic speaker I inspire others while imparting my knowledge of medicine with strategies for maintaining wellness.

I have completed my psychiatric training and fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine where I received numerous awards and accolades and was nominated as the chief resident after graduating with a medical doctorate from the Morehouse School of Medicine. I have also obtained my Bachelors Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Applied Biology where I graduated with honors. I sit on the Behavioral Health Advisory Committee for the State of Texas legislature and serves as the Medical Director in healthcare administration where I oversee the appropriate delivery of mental health services to indigent and special needs populations.

I bring my expertise in the field of psychiatry to the masses through practical discussions and relatable delivery of subject matter. Just like anyone else I am as passionate in bringing a psychological perspective to modern concepts such as relationships, parenting, career planning, and use of technology.
